The first stage was to learn about the business, the industry and the competitors. This enabled us to hone our approach whilst remaining true to the core values of the business.
We then began establishing a user flow for the web design and how we would give customers instant access to the specific information they’d be looking for, making use of the many excellent client testimonials.
The brand has been well established for years, so this had to be followed closely throughout the design process. However, we were able to take the opportunity to update the digital fonts, giving a more contemporary and fresh feeling to the new website.
