Defining the goals
When we were given the opportunity to design the new website for David Salmon furnishers, we first wanted to learn about the business, the customers, and how visitors were accessing and using their website.
From this we were able to design a user experience that best suited their customer-focussed, expert approach to furniture – and continue their goal of driving footfall to their showrooms.
